Return & Refund Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

2. We'll send a return authorization within 48 hours.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number for a free replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. After that, the order enters processing.
