How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping worldwide!

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 days, contact us at 518-636-8055.

Are your products true to size? Our pieces are designed with an oversized, baggy fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a less loose fit, we recommend sizing down. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.

How do I care for my items? Machine wash cold, inside out. Hang to dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on prints.

Can I cancel or modify my order? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, your order enters processing. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
